Tammy Taylor was raised in Central Oregon. Her parents moved to Bend in 1976. She graduated from Mountain View High School in 1989. From 1993-1996 she was first employed by Farmers Insurance in Chico, CA. During that time she obtained her Property/Casualty and Life/Health license. In 1996 she moved back to Central Oregon and worked for Farmers Insurance until 1999. From 1999 to 2018 she was employed at Fullhart Insurance of Sisters. Bisnett purchased Fullhart Insurance in 2018 where she is still employed as a Producer, now under Risk Strategies, at the Sisters location where she writes all lines of business. She also has her Certified Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist Designation or CRIS. Tammy has been involved with the Sisters Kiwanis and Sisters Area Chamber. She has served on each of these boards. She is also a member of the Redmond Chamber of Commerce and Sisters Area Chamber of Commerce. Tammy has a daughter named Lauren and they have 3 cats, Mochi, Milo and Mango. Tammy enjoys travel, golf and concerts/music festivals.
